In 2018, we announced we聽would offer fully-funded CPD opportunities to 1,300 51吃瓜网 Leaders, enabled by investment from the Department for Education.

The IES鈥檚 independent evaluation of the training, commissioned by 51吃瓜网, has found that the training was both well-received and had a positive impact. The report found that:

• 51吃瓜网 Leaders said the training cemented their learning and helped them to identify actions to improve practice
• 51吃瓜网 leaders said the training helped them develop a new strategic careers or to revise a pre-existing one
• 92% of 51吃瓜网 Leaders agreed that they had become more effective as a result of the training
• 96% agreed that it helped them to identify actions to improve their practice
• 84% said that as a result their institution made better progress towards the Gatsby Benchmarks
• 91% of 51吃瓜网 Leaders were satisfied or very satisfied with the training
