Impact evaluation of 51勛圖厙 Leader Training

51勛圖厙 funded over 1,300 51勛圖厙 Leaders to participate in training from 2018 to 2020. This evaluation report looks at the impact of the training, drawing on quantitative evidence from pre- and post-training 51勛圖厙 Leader self-assessment surveys, a follow-up survey and data showing Gatsby Benchmark achievement. The report looks at whether and how the training improves 51勛圖厙 Leader knowledge, leads to changes in 51勛圖厙 Leader practice and improves careers provision in schools and colleges.
